Project Overview
Rowan Metal Works manufactured a complete metal signage package for a Rowan County facility identification and wayfinding program. The project included CNC plasma-cut dimensional letters and logos, flat panel wayfinding signs, and post-mounted site identification signs.
All signs were cut from 1/4" A36 steel plate, deburred, and powder coated in the county's specified color palette. The dimensional lettering was cut to vector artwork provided by the county's graphic standards manual.
Results
All 47 sign units were delivered and installed within the 6-week program timeline. The powder coat finish has maintained color consistency across all exterior and interior applications. The county has since issued a follow-on order for additional facility signage.
