Rowan Metal Works LLC specializes in custom fabrication, structural steel manufacturing, coating services, architectural metalwork, and project-specific production. Because most projects are custom manufactured to customer specifications, refund eligibility may vary.
Deposits
Project deposits are generally non-refundable once engineering, design, procurement, fabrication, or production activities have begun.
Custom Fabrication Orders
Custom fabricated products are produced according to customer-approved specifications and are typically non-refundable after production begins.
Order Changes
Customers requesting modifications after project approval may incur additional charges and schedule adjustments.
Project Cancellations
Cancellation requests submitted before production begins may qualify for a partial refund, less administrative, design, engineering, and procurement costs already incurred.
Damaged Deliveries
Customers should inspect delivered products immediately upon receipt. Any shipping damage must be reported promptly with supporting photographs.
Quality Concerns
If a customer believes a product does not conform to approved specifications, Rowan Metal Works LLC will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, credit, or other corrective action.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible. Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions.
Limitation
Refund eligibility is subject to project agreements, signed contracts, approved drawings, production status, and applicable laws.
